Newest Men's Soccer Signing Brings Experience And Ambition

CMU Men's Soccer continues to build towards the 2021 MCAC season, this week announcing the signing of Israel Olukoju, formerly of Fort Richmond Collegiate. Olukoju joins two high school teammates already with the Blazers, in Yeri Concepcion and Will Anderson. The trio contributed to a very competitive Winnipeg High School Indoor Soccer League program at Fort Richmond Collegiate that included a top-3 finish at the University of Winnipeg tournament in Olukoju's senior year.

River East's Ehmann Gives a Backcourt Boost To The Blazers

CMU Women's Basketball is very happy to announce the commitment of River East Collegiate's Danielle Ehmann for the 2021-22 NIAC and MCAC seasons.  The 5'8 guard has done just about everything at her northeast-Winnipeg high school despite losing her senior season to the pandemic. Ehmann competed for the Kodiaks in badminton, curling, field hockey, ultimate and even qualified for the provincial track championships as part of a 4 x 400 team.

Don Dulder continues to strengthen his squad prior to the 2021-22 MCAC men's volleyball season by announcing the commitment of Westgate Mennonite Collegiate libero, David Nelson. Dulder is really happy to add another outstanding defender and a player who the veteran head coach noted, "has a strong understanding of what's going on around him because of the experience he has had playing all over the court in high school and club."
