Get involved in all the action when the Blazers take home court this season! As a founding member of the Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference, CMU is participates in league play through the MCAC in the sports of soccer, volleyball, basketball, and futsal. The MCAC is the newest member of the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association, a national association for university and college athletics. Now boasting five members, the MCAC features Assiniboine Community College,
Providence College, University of St-Boniface, and Brandon University.
ACROSS THE COUNTRY
This season CMU travels to BC, Alberta and Southern Ontario as part of cross-conference play in our application to join the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Conference. As members of the Northern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, our basketball teams play regular season games in Minnesota and North and South Dakota as part of league play.
CMU student-athletes must make sacrifices each year to compete at the intercollegiate level. There is rarely time for part-time work for a full-time student-athlete. Your contribution will assist CMU by providing financial support to our programs. Business sponsors like you assist in travel and tournament costs, team wear, equipment and uniforms and create a professional atmosphere for our home events.
On behalf of our student-athletes, CMU Athletics thanks you for your generosity.
