Loewen Athletic CentreWith previous successes coaching at the high school (Tec-Voc), club (Winnipeg Internationals), college (Red River College) and university level (University of Winnipeg), Di Curzio has made a major mark on the MCAC with the Blazers since his arrival in 2013.
Di Curzio has leaned on his coaching expertise to lead the Blazers to four consecutive MCAC Women's Basketball Championships in 2018, 2019, and 2020 and 2022 following the COVID-cancelled 2021 season. He also led the Blazers to the NIAC Women's Basketball Championship in 2020.
Joe Di Curzio was voted Coach of the Year for the NIAC following the Blazers' 2020 Championship win, and back home earned Manitoba Coach of the Year in the open division.
