New Recruit Will Represent Southeastern Manitoba With Blazers Basketball

The CMU Men's Basketball Team is happy to announce the commitment of Ross L. Gray's dynamic guard Josh Hebel-Allard for the 2015-16 season. Hebel-Allard led his Raiders to a record of 26-1 in his grade 12 season en route to the 2015 MHSAA 'A' Boys Provincial Championships last March.

The 5'10 point guard has factored in the major success of the Ross L. Gray boys program since 2011. Hebel-Allard has been selected for the varsity boys roster since entering Grade 9, and has helped his team to winning back to back Manitoba Provincial 'A' Boys Championships in 2012 and 2013.

The three time Manitoba Colleges Athletic Conference Women's Volleyball Most Valuable Player is excited to have the opportunity to return to her university roots and her first taste of head coaching in the MCAC with her former team.

Linden Setter To Spread Wings With CMU Men's Volleyball Program

The CMU Men's Volleyball Team is very pleased to announce the commitment of Linden Christian's Jacob Janzen for the 2015-16 season. The 6'1 setter helped his Junior Bisons club team to a second place finish at the 2015 Provincial Championships and recently competed at the 18-and-under Boys National Championships in Calgary.

Massey's High School All-Star Boosts Women's Basketball Program

The CMU Women's Basketball Team is very happy to announce the commitment of Winnipeg's Vincent Massey Collegiate guard Rhianna Nelson for the 2015-16 season. Amongst Nelson accomplishments were her inclusion in the Winnipeg Sun's annual Manitoba High School Girls Basketball Top Ten list released last March. The 5'8 wing held down the number 10 position overall and was ranked fifth of all Grade 12 players to be recognized in the province.

A Royal Signing Brings Lord Selkirk Forward To Women's Basketball Program

The CMU Women's Basketball team is very happy to announce the commitment of Lord Selkirk's Ashtyn Hodges for the 2015-16 season. The 5'9 forward helped the Royals to back to back Piper Classic Tournament wins in her grade 11 and grade 12 seasons.

In their 2015 Piper Classic victory, Hodges was individually recognized with the Dennis Schrofel Award as the player who best exemplifies basketball, academic excellence and community involvement.
